Price was reasonable compared to ones I saw on Houzz that looked plastic and were gaudy. This place is so great that I've purchased a high top table with chairs, four more chairs for another wine cork table, swivel bar stools, three more stools and a coffee table for my media room. The delivery people are top notch and everything is wrapped up nicely. I love that you can pick your wood, stain and they have catalogs to look at. The furniture is solid wood, no pressboard, very well made!"

"We looked in many stores for counterheight chairs for the kitchen island in our new home. None seemed right so we looked on-line for a local store where we could buy Amish-built furniture. We already had bought multiple pieces for our dining room and living room in the past, but the store we used then had moved out of the Pittsburgh area. Finding The Amish Home was wonderful. We were able to match not only the style of the chairs to our current dining room chairs, but also the wood and the finish. We are very pleased and love having both backs and arms for the chairs. There is no comparison to the chairs sold in other furniture stores. The quality and price cannot be beat. We are very pleased that we were able to have a custom sized bench for the area where we change our shoes. It fits perfectly and Matt was very helpful in sizing it to be just right.
