How to Buy

All sales are handled in-person in our showroom in the mall at Pittsburgh Mills. Although we display a wide assortment of our furniture on our website for your consideration, we cannot possibly display everything online!

1. Visit our showroom

Our furniture displays and friendly sales staff are your best resource when considering Amish furniture. Visit our showroom and interact with our furniture – open the drawers, sit in the chairs, or just run your hands along the smooth finished surfaces. Then, talk with an associate to learn more about the quality and options on our furniture. If you are looking for something specific, or if you are unsure about what you need, this is a great time to discuss your concerns or questions.

2. Pick your style

Choose from one of the many styles displayed in our showroom, or browse our builders’ catalogs. You can also browse online, however, all orders must be placed in-store.

3. Pick your wood, stain, and other details

Every piece of built-to-order furniture is available in a selection of hardwood species and stains from the Ohio Certified Stain (OCS) collection. The species of wood will determine the grain pattern, while the stain selected will determine the color. All available wood and stain combinations are displayed in our showroom on a large piece of furniture. We recommend making your wood & stain selections based on full-sized samples, which will give you a much better representation of the finished product than small stain chips or photographs.

Additional options will vary from piece to piece. Common examples include hardware (door/drawer pulls & knobs), table edge profiles, or fabric on upholstered items.

4. Place your order with one of our sales associates

All orders must be placed and signed for in our showroom with one of our associates. Please plan adequate time! Your salesperson will write a detailed sales order and then take a few minutes to thoroughly review all selections with you. You will also be advised on your delivery options. We will require a 25% deposit at this time.

5. Build time

Once your order is placed, we will review it for any errors, and then send it out for construction to begin. When necessary, we coordinate between various builders and finishers to have your purchase completed as a set.

We then schedule your delivery with a local company. This process typically takes approximately 60-120 days.*
