Our newest furniture displays will be arriving soon! Here’s a sneak peek of our newest additions:

Kitchen & Dining Furniture

We’re bringing in three new tables for our showroom. First is a new spin on one of our old favorites, the classic shaker pedestal. Once popular as an oak double-pedestal dining table, we’ve modernized the style by having it built at counter height with a round top in brown maple with Rich Tobacco stain. This versatile style is attractive in oak, brown maple, or cherry, in dining (30in), counter (36in), or bar (42in) height. Because of its simple shape, your selected wood and stain can change the style of this table, from modern to country to traditional. Because bar tables are good options for small, informal dining spaces, we’ll pair this with our small new Millcreek Dining Cabinet.

We’ll also be adding two new 3-piece dining sets, available for immediate pickup, or delivered on our next run. These pieces are still available built-to-order in your choice of size, wood, and stain. First is a round drop-leaf table, built in oak with natural finish, stocked with two low-back spindle chairs. Second is a 36in round counter-height Pinnacle pub table, built in oak with cappuccino stain, stocked with two Sierra bar chairs. Bedroom Furniture

We’ve been seeing that many of our customers are downsizing their homes, or simply starting small on their first house. As such, there’s a demand for small-scale pieces that serve multiple functions. In response, we’re excited to introduce the new Addison Day Bed. Functioning as a seating area in the day time and a sleeping area at night, this day bed has two huge storage drawers in the base. Need less storage, more bed? We can eliminate the storage drawers and add a trundle instead.

We’ll also be adding two new models to our mattress line-up. Just like our wood furniture, our mattresses are manufactured by an Amish family in Holmes County, OH. Previously we’ve offered 3 models from the Troyer family, all flippable 368 coil units. Our newest mattresses will include a high-end latex version as well as a budget-friendly 312 coil unit model (perfect for kids’ rooms, guest rooms, etc.)

Living Room & Entertainment Furniture

Our largest new item is our Berlin Entertainment Center. Popular in the 80s and 90s, entertainment centers are back, but unlike older models, the newer styles are smaller and sleeker, perfect to accommodate today’s flat-screen TVs. The 4-piece Berlin Entertainment Center is offered in 4 widths and can accommodate a TV up to 73 inches wide.

As we’ve noted before, it is important to know the actual dimensions of the TV you’ll be using. One of the most common questions our customers ask is, “”What size TV will this fit?” The size on the box refers to the diagonal length of the screen, and doesn’t directly relate to the size of the actual TV itself. The size of the TV may be affected by speakers, a control panel, or an exceptionally wide bezel, or frame. The point is, the advertised screen size will only tell you so much about the actual TV width, so make sure you know the size of your actual TV.

We’re also adding a new TV stand from Steve’s Modern Shaker collection. It’s a pretty straightforward style, with flat paneled doors and tapered legs. To make it stand out, we’ll be showing it in Elite Sand finish on brown maple. Elite Sand is one of Steve’s signature finishes, and is only available on his furniture pieces: occasional tables, TV stands, and bookcases. Your salesperson will help guide you through your choices.

And that’s not all for our new living room furniture! We’ll also be getting two table sets from Elmer, one of our youngest builders, who focuses on modern styles built using time-honored techniques for the best quality.
